    Dear customer,

    SPORTS EMOTION HUB S.L. would like to inform you that we are an entity committed to compliance with the regulations in force, such as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights. Therefore, in compliance with our obligations under data protection legislation as data controller, and in the interest of being proactive and fully transparent with you, we hereby inform you of the following:

    On 26 March 2026, this entity received a call from the National Police Corps informing us that we had been the victim of a security breach in which a considerable number of records had been affected, compromising identifying data, namely: user identifier, full name, date of birth and postal addresses. Under no circumstances were password data, orders or payment details exposed. As regards the degree of exposure of such data, we inform you that this set of records may have been published, although we have no evidence that this has occurred.

    In light of the circumstances, the corresponding report has been filed with the state law enforcement authorities, the security breach has been notified to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), and these events have also been reported to the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) for investigation. At the same time, we would like to reassure you that this entity has at no time lost access to or control over your personal data and continues to retain them, and we would also like to inform you that the compromised information does not constitute a breach that seriously affects your fundamental rights or causes you serious harm.

    The protection and confidentiality of your information continue to be one of our highest priorities, and for this reason we would like to offer our sincerest apologies and regret any inconvenience this situation may cause you.

    To protect your user accounts on other platforms, we recommend that you change your passwords regularly and do not use the same password to access the different platforms on which you are registered.
