CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT?
Yes, in addition, the first size change is free (*) (subject to compliance with the conditions described below, as well as those listed in our Guarantees section).
Changes or returns of customised and/or used products are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is evident in the product or in the customisation.
(*) Valid for Peninsular Spain.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you wish to make a size exchange or a return, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to https://www.basketballemotion.com/gb
- Click on "View my profile".
- In the "My orders" section in the menu on the left hand side of your user account, click on the "exchange or return" button of the corresponding order.
- Once you have clicked it, you will see the order information.
- Click on the returns and exchanges link and follow the steps that will be indicated to process it.
TEAMSPORTS EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
It will be considered a personalized product, the one that bears the club's crest, name, number, and or initials.
CAN I CHANGE/RETURN THE SIZE OF A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?
No.
Can I change/return the size of a non-personalized product?
- Yes. As long as the product is with the original label and packaging, being suitable for its new sale just like any other order.
- The exchange/return will always be made from the user account from which the customer made the purchase.
- Exchange/return is not allowed in physical stores.
