Terms and Conditions of the "Trip to the Euroleague's Final Four"
1. Organiser of the prize draw: This prize draw, entitled ‘Trip to the Euroleague Final Four’, is organised by Basketball Emotion (hereinafter ‘the Organiser’), with registered office at C. Turiaso, 27 50197 Zaragoza.
2. Prize: The prize consists of a trip for two to the Euroleague Final Four, which will take place in Berlin on 24th-27th May 2024. The prize includes the following:
- Travel from the winner's home city on Friday 24th May 2024.
- Accommodation for two people on the 24th, 25th and 26th May 2024.
- Tickets to all Final Four matches. The prize does not include travel to the airport or train station, or living expenses.
- Return trip to the winner's home city on Monday 27th May 2024.
3. Conditions to Participate: To participate in the draw, participants must make a purchase of Adidas products for a value equal to or greater than 60 euros in any Basketball Emotion shop during the period of validity of the draw.
4. Duration of the prize draw: The period of participation in the prize draw will be from Monday 22nd April until Friday 17th May inclusive.
5. Mechanics of the draw: Participants must make their purchase of adidas products for a value equal to or greater than 60 euros in any Basketball Emotion shop or on the web, to receive an entry in the draw, post purchase they must register with their purchase user on the registration page of the draw. No participations will be accepted outside the period of validity of the prize draw.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The draw will take place on 21st May and the winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
7. Prize Conditions: The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The winner and his/her companion must be available to travel on the dates set for the Euroleague Final Four in Berlin. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the tickets once they have been handed over to the winner.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Organiser and adidas shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury that the winner or his/her companion may suffer during the trip or in the course of the activities related to the prize. Furthermore, the Organiser and adidas do not undertake to cover any additional living or travel expenses not expressly included in the prize.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Participation in the prize draw implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out in this document. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the entrant.
10. Modifications and Cancellation: The Organiser reserves the right to make modifications to the terms and conditions of the prize draw, as well as to cancel, suspend or modify the prize draw in the event of force majeure or circumstances that justify it, without giving rise to any right to any compensation in favour of the participants.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This prize draw will be governed by the laws of Spain and any dispute arising in connection with the prize draw will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zaragoza.
