    They sent me some boots worth so much money that were more than tried on, the laces were stepped on and ugly, and the box was broken and deformed. Do you think it's normal in a purchase for the whole product to be handled and battered? Couldn't someone prepare the product properly? Last purchase. Seeing the box from the beginning was a bad experience.
