CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT?
Yes, in addition, the first size change is free (*) (subject to compliance with the conditions described below, as well as those listed in our Guarantees section).
Changes or returns of customised and/or used products are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is evident in the product or in the customisation.
(*) Valid for Peninsular Spain.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you wish to make a return, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to https://www.basketballemotion.com/int-es
- Click on "View my profile".
- In the "My orders" section in the menu on the left hand side of your user account, click on the "Change or return" button of the corresponding order. Once you have clicked it, you will see the order information.
- Click on the returns and exchanges link and follow the steps that will be indicated to process it.
If you wish to exchange the product, then you must return it and make a new purchase with the new product.
TEAMSPORTS EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
It will be considered a personalized product, the one that bears the club's crest, name, number, and or initials.
CAN I CHANGE/RETURN THE SIZE OF A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?
No.
Can I change/return the size of a non-personalized product?
- Yes. As long as the product is with the original label and packaging, being suitable for its new sale just like any other order.
- The exchange/return will always be made from the user account from which the customer made the purchase.
- Exchange/return is not allowed in physical stores.
