What are the shipping costs?

Basketball Emotion ships internationally to almost every country in the world. Select your destination country and you will be able to check the shipping costs and estimated delivery time.

Please note that these are approximate and that customised orders or orders out of stock will take a few days longer to arrive.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Through the website we offer you the possibility of knowing the status of your shipment in real time. To check it, go to your user profile and access the My orders section.
In this section you can check the status of your order in the Basketball Emotion warehouse, as well as the tracking of the transport company once it has left our facilities. If the order has been shipped and you do not receive it on time, in this section you can find out the telephone number of the transport company that has shipped your order so that you can contact them.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet begun to be personalised or prepared, you can cancel it. To do this, go to "My orders", choose the order you want to cancel or modify and follow the instructions.

The time that passes from the moment you place the order until it is prepared is very short, so you should do it as soon as possible. If it is no longer possible to cancel it, we advise you to receive it and then request a refund.

LARGE OR BULKY ORDERS

In the event your order is especially large or bulky, Basketball Emotion reserves the right of contacting the customer to re-arrange the shipping costs of the order,so as to be recalculated according the volume of the parcel.

ABOUT CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The above prices refer to shipping costs, and not to customs charges (unless otherwise stated). In the event that a package is detained at customs, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay any taxes and customs fees applied to the package. Basketball Emotion is not responsible for the cost of customs, nor for any delay that may be caused in the delivery of the package. The customer will not be able to return their order for this reason, unless Basketball Emotion has made a mistake.
There are some countries where customs duties can be very high. These countries are, according to our experience: Argentina, Venezuela, Cuba, Brazil and Uruguay. To a lesser extent, customs in Bolivia is also problematic. In these countries, it is not advisable to buy from our shop without first finding out what the charges applied to the package will be. The purchase of a package from Basketball Emotion implies acceptance of these conditions.
