The Puma MB.05 Fast & Furious "Miami" are directly inspired by the universe of the Fast & Furious saga, bringing the aesthetics and culture of street racing to the design of a basketball shoe.

This model takes as reference the Miami car scene in 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003), especially Suki's (Devon Aoki) pink Honda S2000, one of the most memorable cars from that part of the franchise.

Suki's S2000 is recognised for its intense pink colour and striking details, and in the film it represents the vibrant Miami street racing scene alongside Brian O’Conner and Roman Pearce.

The predominant colours of the model, strong pink with eye-catching floral graphics and moulded details like barbed wire, directly evoke the look of this car and the visual energy of the Miami setting in the film. The aim is to bring that sense of fun, speed and urban street style from the tarmac to the court.

The term “Miami” in the model refers directly to the scene and city of Miami in 2 Fast 2 Furious, where street racing and car tuning culture take centre stage.

UPPER

The upper is made with technical mesh fabric. On the heel, it features a detailed moulded barbed wire relief, inspired by Melo's tattoos.

OUTSOLE

The sole includes details such as a skull and the number '1', integrating visual elements linked to the player.

MIDSOLE

The midsole features NITROFOAM technology, an advanced nitrogen-injected foam that provides high responsiveness and cushioning in a lightweight model.
